 The coaching team, John a 6th dan, is our Senior coach he has been practicing Judo since age 14 and is a past National and Cornish champion and west of England medallist a number of times, John has had a vast experience as a teacher/ coach and has trained a great many National champions both senior and junior.  Rob a 3rd dan is a Schoolteacher has been practicing for a number of years. He has represented the club at area level as a team member on many occasions. As a professional teacher Robs contribution to the teaching team is invaluable, Corrina's a 2nd dan has been associated with the club from a junior, she is our Kata expert and has won medals and praise for her Kata, coming second to the world champions on one occasion. Corrina's quiet but assertive manner lends itself well to the teaching of the primaries and beginners, a most important role in any successful club. Ian is a contest third dan and been with the club since six years of age, he has a vast experience and has trained in Japan.  Our senior night coach is Neil  a contest 3rd dan who also joined the club as a Junior Niel is a past Junior National champion on a number of occasions and a British schools and National senior  champion. It is also our policy to encourage our older juniors to help and assist with the teaching under supervision, and we are further supported by an efficient team of administrators and Parents.
